The Experience: Chase the Race Powered by OPTIMA is a guided off-road excursion designed for drivers who want to do more than just watch from the sidelines. The fun starts at the famous Slash X cafe, deep in the Mojave desert, to fill up on breakfast burritos and orient you on the day’s activities. From there, we’ll head out together into the vast Johnson Valley desert on a guided run that blends real off-road driving with strategic race-viewing locations. Throughout the day, drivers will experience what it’s like to navigate desert terrain, follow a planned chase-style route, and stop at select vantage points to spectate a professional desert race as it unfolds. Along the way, there will be scheduled stops for regrouping, storytelling, food, desert-side hangouts and giveaways that bring the off-road community together. A chance to win product/merch from proven brands in the off-road industry. For our VIP Ticket holders, the event concludes at the OPTIMA OASIS, wrapping up a full desert experience that combines adventure, motorsports energy, and community.

- Each attendee must complete a waiver before arriving at the event. The name on the waiver must match the name on the event ticket. Waivers can be filled out via a link on the Tickets page.
